Outgoing mayor of Cockermouth, Alan Smith, has created an award for unsung heroes in our town. CERG was very proud to be the co-recipient of the award with Allisons Chemists (and all the volunteers there) who have worked so hard to support the vaccination rollout in our area. All our volunteers have stood in dreadful weather in order to help others. I am sure you will agree that they all need a very large round of applause
