River levels

We have just had a phone call from the Environment Agency. The Derwent is expected to peak at 2.5m at 2100 tonight. This may trigger a flood warning for the cricket pitch and the trout car park. They do not expect flooding of properties.

It is expected to stay at this level for the next few days as the level will only go down slowly. I am checking the river levels regularly online and Paul, Brian and Rob are checking on the water levels all around town.

If you have concerns just message us or give us a ring on 07852 599794.
